    Took me a while to get an appointment booked because of my busy work schedule and commute. But Jen took the time and... patience to work with me until we picked a day together, which I very much appreciate. Brittany was so genuine and easy to chat with while handling my insurance info, explaining all my procedures and making sure I understand what they entail. She answered all my questions with a smile. The hygienist I met briefly she was gentle with the ex rays, unfortunately I dont remember her name. Lastly, Dr Lee was so pleasant and best of all kept me updated during the entire process. 3 of us were humming too the radio during the cleaning which made the process a pleasant experience and simply easier to get through.     The new dental hygienist Rashi is such a charm. Having sensitive teeth I always delay my visit to the clinic as most... time they had to put injections to numb the gum.     I've never been someone who enjoys going to the dentist for a cleaning. Today I met a new hygienist named Rashi who... changed my whole mood! Being someone with sensitive gums and teeth going for a cleaning is usually painful for me, but she was so gentle and accurate in her cleaning I didn't flinch once! I really loved her gentle approach and she was so kind and patient the whole time. Finding a hygienist like this is very rare for me, and I'm so glad I did!
